If you have purchased a non-personalized product from our shop, returns are possible and free of charge. In this case, you will be refunded the full purchase amount.
If you have purchased and personalized a product from the shop or ordered a custom design, please note that such products are not eligible for returns. These products cannot be resold, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your costs.
